will not move me along after passing level

Playing on samsung galaxy s4. will not move me along after passing the level. Have to log out, go to a tablet and play until I pass level again. then when I reinstall on phone it will move me along. May move me one or 2 levels, then will not move me until I uninstall and play on different device. Also lists my score or target score in the billions.
