Gold bar issue

After running out of moves, I chose "give up" rather than continue but was charged 18 gold bars. I would like to get them back since there was 0 chance I could have cleared the level with extra moves. Please advise what information would be required.

Just happen to me,, by mistake touch that botton and charge 9 bars

So nothing from King here either...no response via email...nothing. Starting to look like it's all a shady grab for money. I for one won't spend any on king products if this isn't resolved.
