king.com and my phone not syncing anymore.

Question

I've never used facebook but the last 3 weeks king.com won't sync with my phone and keeps telling me "connection failed relog in to facebook" (I don't and never have used facebook!) whenever I try to spin the booster wheel on my phone. Plus my phone won't let me collect sugar drops on my phone but will on my laptop. All the boosters on my laptop are nowhere to be found on my phone. Plus i'm on a higher level on my phone than laptop.

For some reason Candy Crush does not want to give us the real answer. My phone works fine and my candy crush game is higher on my phone than Facebook and King.com. One answer I was given was to delete my phone game and reinstall.

There is no problem with my phone. I just think that Candy Crush does not want you using all three devices to play the game. I was playing on all three devices and all of a sudden, could be over a month ago, they just stopped syncing.

Give us a clear and precise answer please. Let us sync again.

Hmm, it sounds like your game just needs synchronizing overall. Go into the settings in the bottom left and click on the kingdom logo, try logging in and out and hopefully it should get you logged in properly and then stop asking you about Facebook.

Ps. boosters on mobiles and Facebook will always be different as they don't sync like your levels etc.
