I can't get through the gate, I have completed the quests. Asked friends for help but they don't receive. Bought my way through using hold bars. Tried deleting and reinstalling but still cannot get through. Any advice please ?. Thank you.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
