My candy crush has frozen on upgrade - it neither finishes the upgrade, neither can i delete app and reinstall - just frozen part way through the upgrade - help

    Hey Cheesynz, What kind of device are you playing on and which model? Check that your device is compatible http://candycrushsaga.com/help/en 

    Have you tried force closing the app and restarting your phone? Let me know. :)

    IOS 8.4, have closed all apps, have restarted, have force quit etc
