candy crush will not load. message says "operation timed out" I have cleared history and cookies, updated chrome and restarted computer several times. Using Google Chrome....Other apps are working... please advise..

Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser. Also check what other programs you have running in the background while playing the game.
