What does remove all jellies mean?

I am just starting to play and don't know what it means to remove all jellies means.

When you look at the playing board you will see some of the candies are enclosed in a clear 'jelly-like' material.  What you have to do is match up like coloured candies to smash these jellies (or use a striped/square/colour bomb combo) to smash these jellies and remove them from the board before you can advance to the next level.
