how is it I still can't connect to face book to ask for help but no problem if I wish to buy something ? Also how come it said Six hours plus before I can move onto next level and it forty odd 

DONT GET  IT    Happened last time up and down like a yo yo  it took nearly four days and I had the help of 2 friends again I couldn't get onto face book for help

Because for the one your game is trying to connect to Facebook and for the other its trying to connect to your ios/google account, so they are connecting to different things, different servers etc
