mobile and computer not the same level

My mobile keep on level of 500 and the computer going on level of 895, please help to solve the problem and reply me!

Hey Joy- have you reached level 895 on Facebook? If so then it sounds like a sync error. Try logging the game out of Facebook and then log in again this should re-synchronize the levels
