Why can't I open my lives envelope in Candy Crush Saga? Can't receive or send - I get them in Soda.

Facebook says I have lives to get in Candy Crush Saga. Yet when I go to the game, either in Facebook or King, I can't open the envelope to get them. I'm able to open and get the lives in Soda. Also, sometimes I don't get the wheel. Sent an E-mail weeks ago, auto response. Are you guys able to help or not? If not I'll look for another game to play. Just please let me know. Thanks FYI- It wasn't always this way.

Hi Bonnie, check the settings on your Facebook for Candy Crush Saga, just to be sure that it's all OK; go to the little black arrow on your Facebook homepage, choose 'settings.' Select 'Apps' on the left side of your screen and choose Candy Crush Saga. Revise your settings there and make sure you allow what's needed.
To rule out any other issue, do some troubleshooting on your PC too. Do a restart, clear cache (regularly) and try another browser (that normally does the trick for me). Also, remember to close other tabs and open programs in order to avoid possible interference in your game play.
