I lost all gold, my extra lives and boosters

On Thursday, July 30th I turned on my phone to play Candy Crush only to find all my extra lives, gold bars and boosters gone.  They all disappeared.  I had over 130 extra lives.  I had 9 gold bars (1 additional that I won subsequently = 10), 17 Black, 6 lollipops, 3 hands, 7 jellyfish, 10 color bombs.  This is unacceptable.  How do we get these back???  You need to make this right.

Mine says that I have 96 giftsand they have all disappeared.  King is not helpful with this.
