Why clock the candy in steps all the time shows that he starts ticking four hours? A week ago it was reset after 4 hours. Now he is constantly showing a countdown of 4 hours

That counter shows you when you can go for the Sugar Drops again. On your picture your counter shows less than 4 hours already, so it seems to work?

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
