to level 369, I was set at level 1. How do I return to level 369 without starting over at level 1?

Hi Linda- if you played while connected to Facebook then your levels should be backed up there. Sounds like a Facebook connect issue. King have made a good video to help with any problems like this.

Once you're connected again, you should find all of your levels again Do let me know how you get on though.
