I received an email advising me of a promotion this week. I have been playing consistently and I have yet to see it "rain."

I agree. I have been on a lot this week and have seen nothing.
I'm pretty sure its an event that's gonna be running for a few days. I remember the pop up saying to keep coming back so I'm sure we'll see something soon!
I have the same question. The promo is nearly over, and there have been no clouds, no rain, no bonus since the email 2 days ago.
