Candy Crush reset on my Mobil device from 741 to 1. Why?

I already asked this in another one of your forums and got an automated bounce back to "re-ask" here.

I just want to know if this will be a continuous problem for Android users, and if this reset can alter my progress via Facebook? I simply opened my candy crush app (which I used earlier in the day) and it had reset to level 1. I have no idea what the trigger was. I had to logout/login to Facebook through the app multiple times before it reverted back to the correct level.

So again, is the a problem that can accidentally wipe out all my progress even on Facebook?

And, is this a continuous problem?

If so, please reply. I prefer to wait until a new version is released with the problem solved, instead of potentially losing all my progress.

This is pretty normal and yes, it happens from time to time. It's because your levels are saved within facebook (where they are safe) so if the app reloads or you restart your phone or something you only need to connect to facebook again for the levels to return
