when play candy crush sega online with login fb its working good but when i was offline the game or mobile data off then its shows the level 1 whats problem please tell me.
Sounds like your game is failing to save locally on your mobile, do you have sufficient memory available?
If you have your progress saved to FB it might be an idea to uninstall and reinstall again Kalpesh.
