I never received my 50 gold bars

I bought 50 gold bars for candy crush saga and the money got taken out of my account but I never got them, does it take time to process or something because its been hours since. D01-6768019-2506549 order number.

There can be some delay but that shouldn´t be more than a couple of seconds. 

Depending on the store you bought them in, you can also claim a refund directly through the provider (Facebook, iTunes, kindle, etc). In fact, depending on the policy of each platform, only they can give you a refund and not the maker of the app. Better check that first.
