The added time you are supposed to get by matching the +5 colours doesn't ever go over the 10 sec starting time allowance. Without being able to add time it would appear to be impossible to reach the target of 30,000.
This is the dumbest level I've ever seen on Candy Crush or any other game in the history of humans.
Just let the time expire. All the +5s turn into wrapped candies and you'll pass. If not the first time, then the second time.
