Lost all my earn boosters and lives given from my friends!!!

Hi thsi is the 3rd time it happens i lost almost 200 lives send from my friend 7 color bombs , 3 lollipops 3 free switch and 4 or 5 fish 4 wrapped candies the whell like 4 of this and my golden bars alomost 30 of them all gone why?? Please give me back my awards my wmail is maraki4354@yahoo.gr i have reprt thsi problem and in the past!!!

Hey Maria! Open up the app and in the settings you will see a button called 'restore purchases' if you click this then it will restore an items that you have paid for that have gone missing, been deleted if you deleted the app etc.
