why did i lose all my lives send by candy crash friends,and i started play the game daily

i collected what i needed at the entering the game and left the lives to collect when im out of them,when i went from five lives till zero i couldnt accept lives send to me by my candy crash friends because they were gone from my mail and they were in my amil when i started to play the game

Did you refresh the game or close your browser? If you do this, then you will lose any messages/lives as they are only available in the first round when you play. These are only there when you open the game for the first time. 

Plus you still get your free lives so its all good
