unable to sync between phone and facebook on PC

Recently i changed my mobile device and since then unable to sync between my phone and facebook account on PC i am playing 1014 on facebook PC abd 1046 on my mobile device and CCS keeps telling me that "WE ARE ADDING MORE FLAVOURS, YOUR PROGRESS WILL BE SAVED DONT REINSTALL" help me through this.

Level 18695,Candy Crush. I have no boosters or gold bars and have been playing this level for 12 days and not got close to completing it. Your game has now become totally based on what the player is prepared to pay, this has taken any joy from a game I have been playing for many years. Play fair King
