I need to know where to go to set up an account to purchase gold bars, I'm stuck on a new episode and cant figure out where to set up an account to be able to move on in the game. Can somebody please tell me where and how to get my account set up, please and thank you?

Depends on what you use to play on Mary, do you use a PC, Tablet or Mobile? I would suggest just keep playing the level, it's not necessary to buy boosters but they do come in handy at times for sure.
