After failing a level of Candy Crush on my Samsung tablet, sometimes when I click on "try again",

the screen goes to "loading Candy Crush", but never does load. The same thing happens a lot if I don't like a board and I want to try another board. If I shut my tablet off and then back on it will usually load again, but that's a pain, because it can happen again in a few minutes. Any suggestions?

Thanks. I always keep Candy Crush updated automatically, but it doesn't always work and when I checked there was an update available. After updating it seems to work ok now.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
