What do I do if Candy Crush Saga keeps cheating me when I win.

I had just beaten level 1247 and the screen that says I won popped up, then it froze and would not complete with the movement of the character on the game path. I had to go out and come back. When I did the game was completely reset showing C candies. This has happened many times in the past but with an older slower computer. Now I have a fast computer and still this happens and I have to play the game over.
