Help with buying lives on I Phone 6s

When I try to buy lives for .99 cents on Candy Crush saga-it says "This in app purchase has already been bought.  It will be restored for free".  Then-NOTHING happnens.  It just stays on that.  If I click the X to make it go away-and go back and try to buy them again-it says the same exact thing.  On the second try-everything freezes up.  I can't do anything except turn my phone off-and wait until enough time has passed to play again.  I can buy lives for $4.99 and it never happens.  It doesn't happen every time with the .99cents-but most all the time.  I NEED HELP!  Very frustrating!!!!

Hi Jennifer!

Please go into the settings menu (lower left corner of the start screen) and from here click the 'Restore Purchase' option. This should set your purchases correctly.
