Why is Candy Crush Level 1180 different on the computer than it is on the Ipad and Iphone?

Level 1180 Candy Crush was much easier to pass on the computer.  It had layers of chocolate and jelly.  This level is completely different on the ipad and iphone. The orders are just impossible to collect.

This level seems to have changed so much recently, all on devices! Maybe its better to pass it on Facebook and then sync with your phone so you're past it.
