i can usually clear the bombs and chocolate and i recognize how to make a striped candy but i can"t make30,000

Hi Marg- Make sure that you try and clear the chocolate first and as quickly as possible. Try to match as many special Candies combos as you can. Also watch this video of a player passing this level, it may help give you some pointers:
