Anybody else lose their friends?

I am just like Catma and Sylvia. I am on level 220 and my friends are all gone.AM ALL ALONE! They are strangers but have been playing with them since the beginning. Any way to get them back. They are not face book friends but ones on king.com. I miss them!! Two days ago candy went haywire and took them!!! I do not know these people. Candy crush had them there since I started. I have no scores or any friends now. Boo Hoo.

Hi Sandy- Are you playing on King.com or while connected to the Kingdom on your mobile device? How long have you had this problem? Please can you upload a screenshot so that the community can take a look? Thanks

This happened to me following the "upgrade" (or transfer, if you prefer) from the Win 10 store's CC Saga to the Facebook Gameroom app. The game levels were correct, but, I lost all my "friends," who had been chosen for me when I started the game a few months ago.
