lost boosters after reinstall

I just had to reinstall candy crush and all of the boosters I have earned have disappeared! I spent a lot of time earning boosters by playing the extra games (cake climb and the halloween and pirate ship mini games). I had several coconut wheels, wrapped and striped, fish, etc.  UGH. How do I get them back?

    Only purchased items can be reinstated, any free items earned in the game are not covered unfortunately. 

    I've reinstalled in the past had no issue. ALL free lives and boosters were there upon reinstall and now they are all gone.
