Not receiving any Candy crush lives from friends
i haven't received any candy crush lives from friends when requested or given. Im connected to fb and it syncs but i receive nothing. Also when i use one of the exisitng lives i saved my count goes down by 2. I dont get extra moves either. Ive connected and reconnected to fb and its the same issue. Please assist

Your probably better off doing a fresh installation rather then just disconnect and reconnect as that never does anything apart from connect you. If there's a problem with one the game files, nothing will change, whereas a fresh install put everything back to square one. All you'll need to do is reconnect it to FB once freshly installed again and you'll get your progress back.
