All of a sudden the app won't work on my kindle......

I load the app, then open the game, then a banner comes up saying the app is not working.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing works..........what do I need to do to make it work?

    I called Amazon. They said there is a known issue between Kindle and Candy Crush. This was several days ago.
