I just bought the LG4 from verizon.  I loaded both candy crush and farm heroes saga and both shut down after about 1 minute of play.

    Hi Olivia,

    Did you check for updates for both your LG4 and all your apps? Do a reboot on your phone too. Is your battery fully charged too?

    I just go my phone (LG4) and I checked for updates. All is up to date. I checked app for updates, none. I saw online that some people were having trouble with games that have android 5.0 (which is what is on my phone) but I have not seen any such comments on this forum.
