I'm passing my levels and I'm sending helps notifications to my frinds and I can't get the tickets from them I have to wait for the 72 hrs this is the 3rd time that I have to wait. I got 2 request yesterday but when I open the app I don't see nothing .

Hi Laura!
Do you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes, then please try pass the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your mobile device and you should now be able to advance without any issues.
