Completed level 1304 TWICE.Received all check marks and "sugar crush" message. But says level failed

Completed level 1304 TWICE.  Received all check marks and "sugar crush" message. But says level failed.  Tried again SAME RESULT!!!  Had to use boosters and is hard level. Need to have this issue corrected. HELP!!!!!!!!

You also need a minimum number of points. So after Sugar Crush has completed, if you do not have the required points to get at least one star you will not complete the level.
