The weird thing is, it's only one account. Candy Crush Saga will load normally if I play without logging in. My friends and family can access their accounts and load the game successfully on my computer. I cannot access the account on other computers either. I can access and load the other games I've tried. Has anyone had success dealing with an issue like this or do I have to just wait and hope that King eventually does something that remedies the situation?
It took eight days but I finally got a reply to my email from King customer service about this:
"It seems that we have a slight technical issue with Candy Crush Saga which is unfortunately impacting your game play.Rest assured however that our developers are already aware of this and are working hard to find a resolution as quickly as possible."
Lack of responsiveness on the part of King is not so bad, especially with the holidays coming up. Not wasting so much time playing Candy Crush Saga is a good thing.
Does anyone know if King has an online log where they acknowledge know issues and bugs, and whether they're working on them?
