Pink bows and bouncing levels

What does it mean to have a level that you have completed with a pink bow on it? Also if the level is bouncing or moving? Thanks for any help.

If you have a level with a pink bow on it it's because one of your Facebook friends has given you a gift of 3 extra moves. To use it you just play the level and the three extra moves are added automatically.

Okay, so shouldn't the pink bows disappear after I played that level? All the bows are still showing on my phone game and I've cleared cache and did a restart so please don't insult me with a redirect answer.
