Level 127 is the same as 126 but only displays 4 orders but asks for 5!

I have completed this level many times now getting the for orders but the game continues until I run out of moves and fail. This is driving me mad!

Did you check for updates for your tablet and apps?
Do a restart too.
If this didn't help, then do the following:
Make sure you connect to your Facebook or your Kingdom account from within the Candy Crush Saga app. This way you synchronize your progress.
Reinstall the app at this point, connect to your Facebook or Kingdom account from within the app and try to play level 127 again now.

At least I thought it had. Level 127 is still 'collect all orders' not five this time. I've followed all steps many times now but still the same result.

Must I delete my King account and create a new one to send a new link to verify my email as it seem impossible to resend a new after 48hrs. It says that I can ask for a new link in the game through my King account but this is impossible and support can't help me with it so the only way must be to delete the king account…

HOW and WHERE do you request a NEW link to verify your email address when the old link has expired? I have been waiting for over 48 hours but nothing is happening. I know you can play the game even if your email address is not verified, but it is very frustrating not to get any answers on how to do it.

I'm trying to retrieve my progress on the Microsoft Store version of candy crush by logging in with my facebook information. I receive this error, even after authorizing the login attempt on the facebook website. How else can I login?
