Problem with Samsung galaxy S3

Because of an accident to my phone I had to start using my old phone, a Samsung Galaxy S3,.  I can not find Candy Crush in the play store to update it.  I am at level 1034 and the highest level currently on the S3 is 710.  I am connected to facebook but how can I either update Candy Crush or get more levels.

Make sure that you choose the right mobile from the drop-down list before installing and you're good to go :-)
