I have got to this level but the tornado does not activate. I have sent messages and done all that was advised. Still doesn't activate at all. No way to play the level with out it.
Are you sure it's level 413 in Candy Crush Saga? Just checked the level and didn't see anything about tornadoes, only to bring a total of 10 ingredients down with a minimum of 100,000 points in order to pass.
