I have gold bars ive earned/won but cant spend them as it requests my pin number,where could I find this out.

Where are you getting this message Mary? In all the time that I've played I don't think I've seen anything about entering a pin for receiving rewards.

I log in through my computer ,i try to redeem gold bars in corner and it asks for my pin number.Im very frustrated and not that savvy .Where are you getting this message Mary? In all the time that I've played I don't think I've seen anything about entering a pin for receiving rewards.
