Cant seem to download cc jelly

I've attempted downloading the game from playstore. Says it's downloading but does nothing. Please help

A simple reboot of your mobile device should take care of it.

Are you on 3G/4G or WiFi when you download? You could also try from another Internet connection if the problem persists.
