Candy Crush Saga has a Trojan

I use the version that came with the Windows 10 upgrade on my PC.  Suddenly about 2 weeks ago, my virus software started blocking it from starting.  Stupid me, I disabled it and started it anyway and got the Trojan.  I've finally got rid of it but still can launch CCS.  How do I get a clean version?

    It's not possible that something that came installed in with windows 10 to have a virus, unless you downloaded windows 10 from an illegitimate source of course. In whichever way you blocked the app, you only need to unblock it again to play it.

    It didn't have a virus when it came w/ Windows 10.  It developed a virus much later, I assume from one of the many "updates" to CCS.  To repeat, my virus software will not let me launch CCS anymore, because it now has a trojan.
