All boosters erased to zero on latest Candy Crush Update for mobile

All my boosters were wiped out on the last auto update for Candy Crush.  King has terrible auto-replies to my emails requesting help.  There were over 200 boosters erased.  King Moderator please reply to assist or assume you will lose my business and have a very dissatisfied customer.

  • Well they did nothing from a year ago when it happened to me before. None of the other posts indicate success and their email/support is about as useful as spammed stock trading "secrets'" by a "Prince" who needs your help/money to unlock his fortune being held hostage by an army of eight armed aliens who shoot lasers and ride dinosaurs lead by Doctor Octopus.

  • The ones not bought are lost.  The purchased ones might be returned if you can get a CSR to actually reply.  Good luck...

    Mine are gone too. And my sugar drops.
  • Mine are gone as well.  Based on your answers, I've already deleted the game because it doesn't sound like they restore them.

  • Yes their support is garbage.  You will not get anything back.  Imagine the very minor cost of having a human support versus eventually losing your entire customer base. Well played King if the goal was to save a penny to lose a dollar.

    Same issue with no response.  Extremely frustrating!  I wonder why I keep playing this game.

  • I lost all of my stockpiled boosters again last night too. This is probably the third or fourth time it's happened, and my biggest loss. I'm so irritated.

  • The same here. I had more than 340 lifes and, after a update the game... puff, all os my boosters are gone, zero.. I am so upset, lots of time and money to the garbage. How can we get a real support in this case? I´d like keep going, but I want my boosters back !!!

    I am sorry to hear about your experience and I understand your worries.

    Unfortunately lives/boosters can occasionally be lost due to several reasons. As they are items saved directly to your device's memory, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, lives/boosters can be lost.

    We never recommend storing too many free boosters/lives on your device as not only is there a chance they may be lost but they can also affect the game play.

    As visible on the Daily Booster Wheel the free items won are ''Non refundable, transferable, exchangeable and cannot be used in any other game," and for this reason we do not compensate any free boosters that may have been lost.

    In case you have lost any of purchased boosters/items please let me know and those will be restored.

  • The same thing happened to me last night. I had a ton if boosters saved up and now theyre all gone. I'm tempted to stop playing all together
