Since the last update I have not been able to play Candy Crush Saga on my windows phone.

Since the last update the orange screen comes up, attempts to load and then quits and goes back to my home screen.

    Did you check for updates for all your apps and your device? Try also doing a restart on your Windows phone.

    You could also try to open a browser window and go to King.com. Then select Candy Crush Saga and see what happens. That worked for my Android; you could give it a chance on your device.

    it has been 3 months sense I requested help and received none.

    I tried all your suggestions and none worked it has been 3 months sense I requested help and still unresolved.
