I have been playing for months and never manage to pass this level. I left the game for a time for the same reason.
You can do it, just don't think too much about it. Take some time to watch how other players pass it and get an understanding for what you need to do. This is normally my routine when I get stuck:

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
