Candy Crush unstable

it takes good luck and patience to get anywhere since ios9 was installed. It reverts to the icon for no reason and often takes three or four tries to get going. It is so unreliable that I am thinking about giving up and removing Candy Crush altogether.

It could be your phone, I don't have any issues at all with the game my end. How much space do you have free in your memory? Try and clean up your phone a little, don't instantly blame the app, try and resolve it from your side

I am not the only person with this problem. I have 37GB spare on my iPad and of course I have checked everything from this end.
