Level 1
This has happened soooo many times, and I have reported it as many times! No answer, no cr sit for lost gold or special items! If I do not get reimbursement this time, I will NEVER spend a dime on any King games again! It always happens on level 5 when I spend real money to continue on! Crashes, gives me what I bought, but I lose anything I used to make it to level 5!! In this case was 6 lollis!
Have you tried any steps to make sure that its not your tablet first? I have no issues playing Candy Crush on my Samsung tablet. The normal things to check are: updates for the app and software. Clear out your memory if its full. Fully restart the tablet and only open candy crush first then try and play.
