Windows 10 App does not start Anymore

When I try to launch the Candy Crush Application on Windows 10 this one stops immediately after the loading message. In event viewer I have this error:

My inventory disappeared overnight Hundreds of boosters lost Back to square one !! Any ideas why and how to retrieve ?? Gutted !!

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
