there seems to be a bug on level 637, no turtle but can hear him

how do I go about getting the turtle to appear on level 637 or do I have to erase and reload game hate doing that

If you are talking about Candy Crush Soda Saga the Sprinkleshell (turtle) is not active on this level. You have to try and use the dark purple candies for help to clear out the board. Hope this helps, good luck.
