How can I get rid of an exclamation mark in a red circle which seems to be stopping me getting lives

PLEASE CAN YOU HELP- I am on level 387 IN CANDY CRUSH SAGA and feel like giving up because I have an exclamation mark in a red circle which seems to stop me getting lives. How can I get rid of this please?

Can you take a screenshot of that Elizabeth? I don't think I've ever come across those in level 387!
